1. Can I gift an annual subscription or a one-time purchase from The Nurturing Paw?
Absolutely! Simply determine if you would like to purchase one subscription box or a12-month subscription service at the time of check out. Just check he box labeled “gift” at check out.
2. How do I update or change my personal/billing information?
Feel free to call us at 1.844.738.7297. If you’re unable to reach us, please leave a message and we will attend to your request as soon as possible.
3. Will my subscription be automatically renewed?
The Nurturing Paw is a subscription service that will automatically renew each cycle, for your convenience. If you choose to discontinue your service, either login to your account and make that change or contact us to make that change for you.
4. What payment options do I have?
You can purchase a subscription by using American Express, Diners Club, Master card, Visa and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders.
5. When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the 15th of the month on a quarterly basis.
6. How much do the subscription boxes cost?
The price of a single box with an automatic quarterly renewal is $49.
The price of a prepaid annual subscription is $180, with a quarterly shipment. This option is offered at a discounted rate of $45 per box.
7. Is there a shipping fee?
Yes, rates will be calculated by USPS based on your shipping location.
8. When can I expect my quarterly box to be delivered?
All orders will be shipped on the 1st of the month on a quarterly basis. All orders need to be received by the 20th of the month in order to be shipped the following month. This enables us the ability to carefully select and assemble all items for your subscription box. Once your package has shipped, we will notify you by email confirming shipment with tracking information. Box is usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
9. Am I able to return my subscription box?
Absolutely! If your care package does not meet with your satisfaction, you may return it free of charge. Please understand the following qualifications need to be met to receive a full refund.
• Returned within 30 days of purchase
• The products need to be in unused and new condition
• Care package needs to be returned with all original contents as shipped
